What causes milia?

Milia appears as small white lumps on the skin, typically around the nose and eye area, that unfortunately can't be removed by extraction like a blackhead. Milia occurs when sebum and natural secretions of the skin get trapped in the epidermis and can't escape in the as it becomes solid. The condition can occur in people of all ages and is usually seen on dry skinned people. The exact cause is unknown, but are often related to diet with a high cholesterol count or using products on the face which are too strong.

How do we remove them?

Advanced Electrolysis technique is the most effective  causing less skin damage with less risk of scarring than manual techniques. Electrolysis uses a current that allows to break down and disperse the milia.
